Mr. Hutchinson is a 1983 graduate of Denver University and a 1991 graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law. He is a shareholder and vice president of Treece, Alfrey, Musat & Bosworth, P.C., a Denver litigation firm. His practice tends to focus on the defense of professional liability matters of all kinds, with a primary emphasis on legal malpractice proceedings, at both the trial and appellate levels, as well as the representation of attorneys in disciplinary proceedings. Mr. Hutchinson was a contributing author of Colorado Attorney's Professional Liability Handbook (R. Beattie, ed., CLE in Colo. Inc., 1999), and is currently the managing editor of the second edition of that publication, due out in 2003. He is a 1997 graduate of the Defense Counsel Trial Academy, sponsored by the International Association of Defense Counsel. He is a member of the American, Colorado, and Denver Bar Associations, and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association. Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory has given him its highest rating (AV).
