Phillip M. Schreiber, Esq., is the Underwriting Consultant for Mountain Land Title Company.  He has been the Regional Underwriting Counsel for a number of national title insurance companies for the past 30 years. Mr. Schreiber is a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado and the State of Illinois. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Phillip provides title insurance underwriting guidance and training to title insurance company staff. He is an active member of the Land Title Association of Colorado.
