Honorable Judge Julie Hoskins was appointed to the District Court bench in 2007, after serving nearly two years on the County Court bench. During her tenure as a district court judge she has presided over domestic relations cases three years. Prior to becoming a county court judge, Judge Hoskins served as a magistrate over two years. During her over ten years in private practice, Judge Hoskins practiced in the area of family law and criminal law primarily. Judge Hoskins is a graduate of The Dickinson School of Law located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. She received her undergraduate degree from Bethany College located in Bethany, West Virginia
