Charles B. Bruce, Jr., Esq., partner in the Federal Income Tax practice group of Holme Roberts & Owen LLP, Charlie regularly advises public and private companies with respect to mergers, acquisitions, complex joint ventures and strategic alliances, financing transactions, tax credit monetization transactions, and innovative financial products. Charlie also advises private companies on a variety of tax, corporate, and partnership issues relating to the formation of the business entity, the creation of its capital structure, and the negotiation of its seed, venture capital, and follow-on financing transactions. He lectures on partnership allocations, partnership taxation, and topics relating to choice of business entities. Charlie also co-chairs an annual conference on venture-backed and high-tech financing.
