Loura K. Sanchez
Loura Sanchez, Esq., is the Managing Partner with the law firm of HindmanSanchez P.C., in Denver, Colorado. Her practice emphasizes the preventive aspects of the operation of community associations. She has over 20 years experience counseling associations on all facets of community association law - from collections to covenant enforcement as well as strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational challenges. She also advises clients on necessary additions and modifications to articles, bylaws, covenants, rules, regulations and policies to ensure compliance with current federal and state laws. A frequent lecturer and participant in seminars on community associations, Loura speaks nationally as well as locally on all issues facing associations. In addition, she has authored two CAI Gap Reports, is a member of the CAI faculty and the Colorado and Denver bar associations, and is the immediate past Dean of the Community Association Institute's College of Community Association Lawyers.
