Jill B. Sisson is currently General Counsel and Secretary of New World Restaurant Group, Inc., a leader in the "quick casual" segment of the restaurant industry.  New World owns and operates Einstein Bros. and Noah's Bagels stores and franchises Manhattan and Chesapeake Bagel stores.  From 1992 until 2003, she served as General Counsel and Secretary of Graphic Packaging International Corporation, a NYSE-listed packaging company, until its merger with Riverwood Holding, Inc.  From 1974 to 1992, she engaged in private law practice in Denver, Colorado primarily practicing corporate and securities law.  She received her J.D. degree in 1974 from the University of Colorado Law School where she was Order of the Coif and graduated in 1969 from Middlebury College with High Honors.  Ms. Sisson has spoken on the delivery of legal services from a client's perspective, litigation management, practical issues in the negotiation of acquisitions and mergers, corporate governance, and alternate dispute resolution.
