Arlen Brammer, Esq., operates the firm of Arlen L. Brammer, P.C. which limits its practice to all aspects of: Qualified Plans, Benefits, ERISA, Executive Compensation and provides Executive Compensation consulting services under Rule 5.7. He is a frequent speaker on benefits issues and currently is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Law School teaching Executive Compensation, ERISA, Qualified Plans and Benefits. Formerly, Mr. Brammer taught Qualified Plans and Executive Compensation in the Graduate Tax Program at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. He taught classes in the area of fiduciary duties at the Wharton School of Economics and the Haas School of Management.
