Cecil E. Morris, Jr., Esq., is a Director with the firm Fairfield and Woods, PC in Denver. In addition, Cecil served on the Conduct Committee of the United States District Court for the District of Colorado from 2005 until 2011 and was Chair of that Committee from 2010 until 2011.
