Honorable Lisa Hamilton-Fieldman has been a judicial officer in Colorado and Washington, D.C. for over 30 years. She served as the Civil Litigation Magistrate for the 20th Judicial District in Boulder from 1998 to 2013; in 2013 she was sworn in as a Special Master of the Vaccine Court, United States Court of Federal Claims. Since her return to Colorado, Judge Hamilton-Fieldman has resumed her work as a municipal judge and hearing officer for several jurisdictions. She also serves as a consultant and a provider of ADR services, including mediation, neutral evaluation, and mini trials, in numerous jurisdictions, including the USCFC Vaccine Program.
