Scott Bialecki, Esq., is a Denver-based partner in the Intellectual Property Group of Faegre Baker Daniels, LLP. Scott draws from more than two decades of intellectual property and regulatory experience to help clients build and protect their businesses both domestically and abroad. He worked as a staff attorney with the Denver Regional Office of the Federal Trade Commission for over five years where he handled consumer protection and competition matters. In addition to being a registered patent attorney, Scott routinely litigates cases throughout the U.S. and assists clients with matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Federal Trade Commission and National Advertising Division.
