Beth A. Faragher
Denver County CourtHonorable Beth A. Faragher is a Denver County Court Judge, currently assigned to the General Sessions Trial Division. Prior to that position, she was a Full-Time Magistrate in Denver County Court. She has handled a variety of dockets in Denver County Court, including Protection Orders, Small Claims, Criminal Advisements (misdemeanor and felony), Traffic, Juvenile, and Civil Returns. Ms. Faragher obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and her undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Ms. Faragher graduated from the Colorado Bar Association's Leadership Training (COBALT) Program in 2011, served as a Program Committee member in 2012, as Program Committee Chair in 2013, and she currently sits on the Executive Committee.
