Rebecca C. Alexander, Esq., is a 1993 graduate of Northwestern University School of Law and began practicing in 1993.  After years of representing high net worth families with all aspects of family law in the “Big Law” environment, Rebecca launched The Law Offices of Rebecca C. Alexander, P.C. effective January 1, 2023.  Rebecca has more than 30 years of experience drafting and negotiating premarital agreements, with a specialized expertise in protecting historic family wealth and family trust structures.  She has leveraged that experience to become a sought-after expert in cases involving trusts in divorce and also the validity of premarital agreements.  Rebecca was selected to Super Lawyers for 2010, 2016-2025, and is also one of the few family law attorneys selected for inclusion in Chambers’ High Net Worth ranking for Family/Matrimonial law.
