Marley Bordovsky, Esq., is an Assistant Director in the Prosecution section of the Denver City Attorney's Office and point person for all marijuana issues in the Denver City Attorney's Office. Marley works closely with the mayor's marijuana policy team and agencies throughout the city as they handle marijuana issues, including the Denver Police Department, the Denver Fire Department, building/electrical/zoning inspectors, and Excise and Licenses. A career prosecutor, Marley was also a Deputy District Attorney in Denver and a Chief Deputy District Attorney in the 13th Judicial District before joining the Denver City Attorney's Office. Over the course of her career, Marley has prosecuted cases ranging from petty theft to drug trafficking to homicide.
