Lee Mickus, Esq., is a partner in the Denver office of Evans Fears Schuttert McNulty Mickus. He defends manufacturers and other business interests nationally in product liability and tort lawsuits. He has successfully tried cases to juries and argued appeals in many jurisdictions. Lee also draws upon his courtroom experience to develop legal reforms aimed at ending abusive practices and bringing common sense to the litigation process. He has submitted numerous amicus briefs, presented comments and testimony to the federal Advisory Committees, and testified before several state legislatures on civil justice issues. He is Co-Chair of Lawyers for Civil Justice's Rule 702 Committee.
