Deanna L. Westfall

Deanna Westfall is a managing attorney for the Colorado office of Weinstein & Riley, P.S., a Seattle-based creditors' rights firm. Ms. Westfall earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Sociology from Washington University in St. Louis in 1990, Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1993. Ms. Westfall is the former chair of the Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association (2000-2015). She serves on the board of the ALFN, a mortgage trade association. Ms. Westfall is an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado, teaching courses in Business Law and Bankruptcy. She is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts in Colorado, Kansas, Oregon, Minnesota, and Wyoming. Ms. Westfall is the co-author of West's Creditors' Remedies-Debtors' Relief, 2014, and co-author of 4 chapters of Krendl's Colorado Methods of Practice. She has been awarded the Super Lawyers award and is AV+ rated by Martindale Hubbell. She is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy and creditors' rights for CLE in Colorado and other organizations. Additionally, she is a former board member of CLE in Colorado.
