Elizabeth (Beth) Henson, Esq., is an attorney mediator whose practice is limited to family law conflict resolution and family law appeals. Beth was a member of the Executive Council for the CBA Family Law Section from 2000 - 2013, and 2017-2020. She taught and supervised law students in family law mediation at the University of Denver 2013-2015. Beth served as co-chair of the Family Law Section Legislation Committee for 2001-2003, and as president of the Metropolitan Denver Interdisciplinary Committee (MDIC) for 2003-2004. Beth is listed in The Best Lawyers in America for 2007 through 2020, and has been named as a Colorado Super Lawyer for 2009 through 2020. She was named the Best Lawyers' 2016 Denver Family Law Mediation "Lawyer of the Year.”
