Michelle M. Rose-Hughes is a founding partner of Tuthill & Hughes LLP. Prior to founding Tuthill & Hughes LLP, Ms. Rose-Hughes practiced at a large regional law firm for 15 years.  Ms. Rose-Hughes’s practice emphasizes estate planning; estate administration; federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning; trust administration; and marital agreements. Ms. Rose-Hughes’s estate planning practice includes expertise in charitable planning, including creation and implementation of private foundations, charitable lead trusts, and charitable remainder trusts. She frequently advises charities and their donors on the structure and tax consequences of significant planned gifts.
