Richard Travers, Esq., is a member of Sherman & Howard L.L.C. in its Vail office. His legal practice focuses on multi-association planning, covenant structuring and preparation, and overall project development of a wide array of real estate projects throughout Colorado. He has participated in the legal planning of several resort village communities, including Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch Village and Aspen Highlands Village in Colorado, Northstar Village in California, and Village at Empire Pass in Utah. Rick has extensive experience representing association clients, with an emphasis on redevelopment and revitalization projects, including the creation and overlay of new development rights within existing projects. Rick lives in Edwards, Colorado with his wife Deborah and their three teenaged boys, who love to venture with him into the backcountry of the glorious Colorado mountains. [email protected]
