Scott Kleger is a certified attorney mediator with 28 years experience as a litigation attorney. His litigation experience emphasized personal injury, medical and legal malpractice, employment law, medical products liability, insurance, health care, and administrative law. Mr. Kleger has additional experience in real estate litigation, construction litigation, dealer/franchise law and litigation, landlord/tenant, and domestic relations. Before founding Kleger Mediation Service, he practiced with a small firm and as a solo practitioner in the Denver metro area, as well as with large firms in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, D.C. In Colorado, he has testified as an expert witness on attorney malpractice and medical products liability, has been a speaker at various continuing legal education seminars, and has been a published author on mediation of employment cases. He also served two terms on the Board of Trustees of the First Judicial District Bar Association. Mr. Kleger has held the highest Martindale-Hubbell attorney rating for the past 14 years. He received his B.S. from the University of Maryland in 1982 and his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1986. Mr. Kleger is admitted to practice in Colorado, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
