Wayna M. Marshall, Esq., is an attorney with the law firm of Gould, Whitley & Marshall. Her practice focuses in the areas of elder law, probate, guardianship and conservatorships, estate and special needs planning, Medicaid and mediation in probate cases. Ms. Marshall is a graduate of the University of Arkansas Law School, Fayetteville, and Stephens College, Columbia, Missouri. She is licensed to practice in the States of Texas and Colorado. She is an active member in the El Paso County Bar Association, Probate Section, serving in various leadership positions. She has just completed a 6-year term as Chair of the Board of Directors of Rocky Mountain Health Care Services and Rocky Mountain PACE (the Program for all Inclusive Care for the Elderly).
