Judge (Ret.) Mary McClatchey, formerly Senior Administrative Law Judge for the Colorado State Personnel Board, adjudicated and mediated federal and state employment and civil rights claims for 15 years. She previously served as General Counsel for the Colorado Civil Rights Commission as a member of the Colorado Attorney General's Office, and litigated in private practice. She has taught and lectured on employment law extensively. She is the President of Judicial Mediators, where she performs dispute resolution of employment law matters, specializing in early intensive facilitation of mental health-related cases. She also provides training and consulting for law firms and businesses in flexible work programs, mentally healthy workplaces, and employer compliance programs, as President of WorkSmart Partners.
