Mary Brady has been an Assistant Regional Director for the Enforcement Division in the Denver office of the Securities and Exchange Commission since 2004.  Before that, she worked in the Denver office as a Branch Chief and Staff Attorney.  Prior to joining the Commission in 1996, Ms. Brady was an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP where she began her legal career.  Ms. Brady received her J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1990 and a B.A. from the University of Colorado in 1987.
