Susan J. Schneider

Susan Schneider, Esq., has been working with the Colorado Attorney General's Office since 1994 where she began as a criminal appellate lawyer after having clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Rovira.  She joined the water unit in 2000 and was appointed First Assistant Attorney General in 2006, primarily representing the Colorado Water Conservation Board in appropriating and protecting instream flows, providing loans for raw water projects, reviewing recreational in-channel diversion (“RICD”) applications, and conducting rulemakings, such as the floodplain rules, weather modification rules and RICD rules.
