Stephen Masciocchi, Esq., is a partner in the Denver office of Holland & Hart LLP. With more than 25 years of complex civil litigation experience, Mr. Masciocchi specializes in appellate advocacy, class actions, and legal ethics. Mr. Masciocchi is the former chair of Holland & Hart's Appellate Practice Group. He has handled more than 100 appeals and presented more than 50 oral arguments in state and federal appellate courts. He is the past chair and current member of both the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee and Holland & Hart's Ethics and Conflicts Committee. He volunteers for the CBA Ethics Hotline. He serves as co-editor of The Colorado Lawyer's Appellate Practice column and Coordinating Editor for The Colorado Lawyer's Legal Ethics & Professional Responsibility column. He writes and lectures frequently on appellate practice and legal ethics.
