Richard "Rich" Johnston, Esq., is of counsel at WLPP Law, where he focuses on all aspects of community association representation, including general counsel, transactional matters, contract, covenant, and rule enforcement, mediation, general litigation, foreclosure, and collection. Rich first worked with common interest communities as an associate with WLPP Law, and then as a shareholder with Tobey & Toro, P.C. He continued to focus his practice on community association law as sole shareholder for Richard W. Johnston, P.C. in April 2003, and maintained that focus with Tobey & Johnston, P.C. from June of 2010 through 2024 before returning to WLPP Law.
