Tom DeVine assists clients with commercial development projects, commercial finance transactions, renewable energy financing, and distressed credit solutions and workouts. He works with banks, developers, individuals, and businesses involved in all aspects of real estate and finance. Tom is the principal author of the Colorado chapter of the 3rd edition of the ABA treatise Commercial Lending Law, a Jurisdiction by Jurisdiction Guide to U.S. and Canadian Law, and is the author of the Deeds of Trust chapter in the CBA/CLE Colorado Real Estate Forms Handbook. He has been a frequent lecturer on real estate and finance topics and has been recognized by his real estate law peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers annual listings in Colorado for the past decade. Tom is a past chair of the Real Estate Section of the Colorado Bar, is a Colorado Bar Foundation Fellow, and a member of the Denver, Colorado and American Bar Associations.
