Lee Reichert, Esq., is a distinguished senior business, government, and legal profession executive. Prior to joining the Colorado Attorney General's Office as the Deputy AG - Business & Licensing in September 2021, Lee was the Chief Legal & Government Affairs Officer of Molson Coors Beverage Company (NYSE: TAP). Lee has broad risk management expertise, including oversight of major litigation, arbitration & regulatory matters, ERM, crisis management, FCPA compliance, and internal investigations.  During Lee's tenure at Molson Coors, his team was recognized by The Financial Times in its North America Innovative In-House Legal Department awards, was selected by the National Law Journal as Colorado's Legal Department of the Year and received the Outstanding Corporate Commitment Award from the Colorado Hispanic Bar. Among other individual honors, Lee received the Burton Living Legend in the Law Award for General Counsel and appeared on The Legal 500 GC Powerlist. Lee graduated from Colgate University and from the University of Illinois College of Law. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and an elected member of the American Law Institute.
