Stephen R. Fatzinger Esq

Honorable Stephen R. Fatzinger, Esq., is a recently appointed Magistrate, for the 17th Judicial District.  Prior  to his appointment Mr. Fatzinger was an Assistant Regulation Counsel  for  the Colorado Supreme Court,  joining  the office in July of  1998, and helped create the Central  Intake Division, For  the Office of  Attorney Regulation Counsel .  Mr. Fatzinger received his undergraduate degree from Anderson University (IN) in 1984, and his law degree from the University of Denver, in 1992. While in law school Mr. Fatzinger served on the University of Denver Law Review, and upon graduation was elected to the Order of St. Ives.  Prior to Joining   the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel Mr. Fatzinger worked in private practice, in the areas of family law, criminal law, and civil litigation.  Mr. Fatzinger was an assistant football coach for Standley Lake High School, and is currently a member of the Colorado State University Lacrosse Booster Club.
