Michael Hoffman, Esq., is a real estate attorney who began practicing HOA law as counsel to condominium and planned community developers in the mid-1990s. He drafted documents for condominium and planned community developments in various locations in Denver, including LoDo and along Tennyson Street. Mr. Hoffman and his family moved to the Roaring Fork Valley in the late 1990s and he continues to enjoy the many outdoor sporting opportunities available on the Western Slope. While he was initially involved in establishing residential recreational communities near Basalt and in Aspen, his practice now focuses on general real estate matters and advising Boards of Directors for numerous homeowners associations in the Roaring Fork Valley and further west, in Grand Junction and Montrose. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Hoffman was a commercial banker in downtown Denver.
