N. Louise . Culberson-Smith

N. Louise Culberson-Smith, Esq. is an Assistant Regulation Counsel who joined the Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel in 1998 to help create the Central Intake system of handling complaints and grievances against lawyers.  Prior to that, Ms. Smith served in the U.S. Air Force for over 10 years as an electronics calibration lab technician and instructor in Las Vegas, Honolulu, and Denver.  While serving in the military, she was valedictorian and graduated summa cum laude with in undergraduate degree from Columbia College (Aurora, CO) in 1988, and a J.D. from the University of Denver in 1992.  Ms. Smith was licensed to practice law in Colorado in 1992, and worked in private practice with Frascona Joiner & Goodman in Boulder, until joining the Office of Attorney Regulation in 1998.  While in private practice in Boulder, Ms. Smith was also an adjunct faculty member at Columbia College (Loveland CO).
