Margaret B. McLean is the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Risk Officer for TTEC Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTEC), a global customer experience company that designs, builds and operates omnichannel customer experiences on behalf of some of the world's most innovative brands. Ms. McLean joined TTEC in 2013, with global legal, corporate governance, risk management, risk assurance and strategic sourcing responsibilities for TTEC's diversified business portfolio in 25+ countries on six continents. Prior to TTEC, Ms. McLean was the Chief Legal Officer for a Fortune 500 global engineering and program management company that focused on infrastructure development and environmental remediation, which she helped take public in 2000; and an international mergers and acquisitions partner at a major law firm working in its Denver, London and Moscow offices.  Ms. McLean started her professional career as an IT professional and worked for Science Applications International (SAIC) and Hewlett Packard in 1980s. A native of Ukraine, Ms. McLean has lived in the United States for more than 40 years, with a short detour in Europe in the 1990s. Ms. McLean holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the University of Arizona, an MBA from the University of Colorado, and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
