Carl F. Ingwalson Jr
Carl F. Ingwalson, Jr., Esq., an attorney, is a full time arbitrator and mediator of commercial and construction disputes. He is a member of the Large Complex Commercial and Construction Panels of the American Arbitration Association. As a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, he is a co-editor of the third edition of its Guide to Best Practices in Commercial Arbitration (publication expected October, 2013) and is Co-Chair of its Law Firm CLE Committee. As a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry, he is authoring a chapter on arbitration awards for its new book on arbitration of construction disputes (publication expected 2013).
