Eric N. Critchfield, CPA/ABV/CFF, ASA is the President of Eric N. Critchfield, CPA, PC, a forensic accounting and business valuation firm, located in Boulder, Colorado. Eric is a licensed CPA in Colorado and California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Society of Appraisers. He has over 25 years of experience working in the family law area, and has testified as an expert witness in divorce matters in numerous courts in Colorado and California. Eric is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). Eric has spoken to professional groups, including attorneys and CPAs, on a number of topics, including litigation consulting services, forensic accounting and business valuation. He was selected in 2011, 2012, 2013, and again in 2014 as a Financial Expert (attorney trainer) for the Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute, A Joint Project of The American Bar Association Section of Family Law and The National Institute for Trial Advocacy. Prior to entering private practice, Eric spent ten years as a Special Agent with the U.S. Treasury Department - IRS Criminal Investigation Division, where he directed and conducted criminal investigations relating to tax fraud and related white-collar crime.
