Jeffrey Weinman, Esq., has served as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the District of Colorado since 1989 and has been a Trustee in thousands of cases, hundreds of which have been asset cases, including Western Pacific Airlines, Adam Aircraft Industries, Inc., Steele's Market, Inc., Webb Crane Service, Inc., JATO Communications, Inc. and Barnes Business College. In addition, he has served as a Chapter 11 Trustee and liquidating Trustee in numerous cases involving operating companies and the administration of tens of millions of dollars. Jeffrey was the liquidating Trustee in the Chapter 11 case of the Integra Unsecured Creditors Trust created under the Chapter 11 Plan of Integra-A Hotel and Restaurant Company, Inc. in which case he managed massive litigation resulting in the collection of approximately $40 million for unsecured creditors. He also currently serves as the Plan Trustee in the Centrix Financial, LLC bankruptcy case. Jeffrey is also Co-Trustee of a private testamentary trust which manages and owns extensive real estate and has a large investment portfolio. He has represented Debtors and Creditors in hundreds of Chapter 11 reorganization cases, and he has served as counsel to unsecured creditors' committees in a number of Chapter 11 cases. In addition to his Chapter 11 work, his practice also includes Chapter 7 representation for Debtors and Creditors in particular with respect to complicated cases.
