Jerome M. (J.M.) Reinan is a graduate of North Dakota State University and the University of Denver College of Law, where he attained the Order of St. Ives. Mr. Reinan spent his first seven years of practice as an associate attorney and later as a partner in an insurance defense firm that specialized in medical malpractice and nursing home defense. In 1999, he began representing plaintiffs, primarily in nursing home and medical malpractice matters. Since that time, Mr. Reinan has continued to represent primarily elderly and disabled clients and their families in claims against nursing homes, hospitals, and governmental entities.
