Damon Goduto, Esq., has over 14 years experience in litigation technology. He was recently named an E-Discovery Liaison to the 7th Circuit's Federal E-Discovery Pilot Program. He has overseen large-scale, litigation technology projects in the Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Miami and Atlanta markets for over a decade and has extensive experience with on-site forensic collections in the US and abroad, worldwide hosted data projects, and software development of processing engines and review platforms. He is the co-founder and Vice-President of Iris Data Services which has landed in the INC 500 List of Fastest Growing Companies in America the last two years in a row. Mr. Goduto opened the New York office for Iris in 2007, the Iris Miami office in 2010, and the Atlanta office in 2013. In the past four years he has overseen the Iris Project Management group as well as all Sales and Marketing efforts. Iris has direct relationships with Johnson and Johnson, Chevron, DHL and 180 of the Am Law 200 law firms, amongst hundreds of other corporations and law firms. Mr. Goduto is an honors graduate of West Chester University and Widener University School of Law.
