Kelsey S. Velemirovich
Kelsey Velemirovich, Esq.,'s practice focuses on intellectual property counseling and technology-based transactions for emerging growth and public companies, including software/SaaS license agreements, inbound and outbound technology licenses, channel partner agreements, joint venture and development agreements, and privacy and data security matters. Kelsey has extensive experience advising clients on legal issues in the areas of AI and machine learning, wearable devices, open source, medical technology, digital media and entertainment. Prior to joining Catalyst, Kelsey was an attorney in the Technology Transactions Group at Cooley LLP. Kelsey graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Financial Management before earning her JD from the University of Colorado Law School.
