Emily L. Wasserman
Davis Graham & Stubbs LLPEmily L. Wasserman, Esq., is an associate in the trial group at Davis Graham & Stubbs, LLP. Ms. Wasserman’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and counseling clients regarding their intellectual property rights. Through this work, Ms. Wasserman represents clients across a wide range of industries. In addition, Ms. Wasserman maintains a robust pro bono practice and is active in the community. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for Silicon Flatirons. She previously participated in and served as a coach for the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation’s Impact Denver Program. She also served for several years on the Board of Directors for the Girls Athletic Leadership Schools of Denver, a tuition free, public, all-girls college preparatory middle and high school. Prior to joining DGS, Ms. Wasserman served as a law clerk for the Honorable Brian D. Boatright, the current Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court. Ms. Wasserman received her J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and was the executive editor of the University of Colorado Law Review.
