David Bohrer is an IP trial attorney in Valorem Law Group's Silicon Valley office. He has been the lead trial attorney in patent, trade secret and other complex commercial litigations for publicly traded or high technology companies in federal and state courts across the country. In 2009, he founded flat fee patent litigation firm Confluence Law Partners, which merged in 2013 with Valorem. He forms his trial teams from senior lawyers out of elite large law firm IP practices and bills for their services using flat fees and other non-hourly based fees. He previously was equity partner for 19 years in the IP law departments of AmLaw 100 firms Morgan Lewis, Dechert and Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly. David received his undergraduate degree from Stanford University and his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
