John Musso, LCSW, began employment at CMHIP in April of 2003. He has served in numerous positions, including a Social Worker for the Maximum Security Incompetent to Proceed (ITP) patient care unit, Forensic Division Chief Social Worker, and most recently in the position of Forensic Associate Division Director. Prior to his employment at CMHIP, he was the Director of Resource Development at a child placement agency serving children and families involved with the Department of Social Services. He also held positions with the Department of Social Services in the Child Welfare Unit, providing intake case work services as well as on-call social service support for the City and County of Pueblo. Mr. Musso obtained a Bachelors Degree in 1993 from Colorado State University, Fort Collins and a Masters Degree in Social Work in 2000, also from Colorado State University, Fort Collins.
