Brian J. Connolly is an attorney in the Land Use, Real Estate, and Litigation practice groups at Otten, Johnson, Robinson, Neff & Ragonetti, P.C. Mr. Connolly’s practice encompasses a broad range of land use matters including zoning compliance, rezonings and other regulatory amendments, planned unit developments, development agreements, private covenants and restrictions, land use and zoning litigation, initiatives and referenda associated with land use approvals, and real estate transactions. Mr. Connolly additionally specializes in the First Amendment and land use issues associated with outdoor sign and advertising regulation, and fair housing matters in local planning and zoning, and he serves on the advisory board of the Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute. Mr. Connolly serves as an adjunct professor of law at both the University of Colorado School of Law and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he teaches land use planning. Mr. Connolly holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, and B.S. in urban and regional studies and Master of Regional Planning degrees from Cornell University.
