James Milne is the Environmental Manager at the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission. Mr. Milne is a Geologist with 16 years of experience as a hydrogeologist and 15 years of as a petroleum geologist. In addition to his 15 years of service at the COGCC, Mr. Milne worked as chief investigator of petroleum and hazardous waste contamination incidents for an environmental consulting firm, as a groundwater modeler for a County water supply wellhead protection program, and as field hydrologist for the USGS. Mr. Milne also developed oil and gas drilling prospects and supervised field data collection operations as a wellsite geologist for oil and gas companies.
