Darin L. Brown counsels clients on non-patent intellectual property law matters. He received his
J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2009 and a B.A./B.S. from the University of
Colorado at Boulder in 2005. His practice includes assisting clients with all aspects of trademark
prosecution and enforcement, as well as matters of copyright law, brand development and strategy, domain name enforcement, intellectual property licensing, domestic and international privacy regulations, and due diligence in connection with stock and asset purchases. His experience also includes drafting and negotiating various intellectual property and information technology agreements, including trademark license agreements and software development agreements.
