Jill M. Szewczyk, Esq., is an Assistant Attorney General at the Colorado Department of Law where she focuses on data privacy and security regulation, including rulemaking in connection with the Colorado Privacy Act. Prior to joining the Department of Law, Jill was in private practice advising clients on compliance with U.S and international data privacy and cybersecurity laws, as well as breach response and related litigation.
