Her extensive work in creating these relationships has enabled her to identify the highest quality and best fitting candidates for opportunities. Her clients span a diverse range of industries from high tech to financial. Over the last seven years she has acquired a specialized focus on the energy and mining industry, resulting in over 35 placements at high profile oil and gas corporations and firms. Elizabeth also represents partners considering new platforms for their practice. By working closely with law firms seeking to expand their practice areas, she is able to guide the process of selecting a firm that offers the right fit. Elizabeth's prior experience leading as Associate Managing Partner in the Chicago Office of IKON and as Account Manager for both Fujitsu and Pitney Bowes Corporation is an asset for both her clients and candidates. She focused her time working with the legal departments, so she is able to bring an insider's perspective to the hiring process and what ensures candidates are a good fit. Elizabeth earned a business degree and has enhanced her sales expertise with additional training. Elizabeth has shared her knowledge of the legal industry before a variety of panels and organizations, including NALPS (the National Association of Legal Placement) and the national and local (Denver, Houston, and Los Angeles) chapters of organizations for attorneys, paralegals, support staff, and managed review staff.
