Kayla R. Nelson, Esq., is a shareholder and attorney with Sigler & Nelson LLC. She practices in the areas of contested and uncontested guardianships and conservatorships, estate administration and litigation, trust administration and litigation, fiduciary representation, elder law, and estate planning. Kayla also serves as guardian ad litem and court-appointed counsel in guardianship and conservatorship matters. She is a member of the Elder Law Section, Trust & Estate Section, and Spanish Speaking Lawyers Committee. Kayla is Co-Chair of the Elder Law Retreat Planning Committee and is a Board Member of Women's Estate Planning Council. Kayla was selected as a SuperLawyers Rising Star in 2020 and 2023. She obtained her degrees from the University of California, Davis School of Law and New Mexico State University.
