Mike Hardin is the Director of Business and Licensing at the Colorado Secretary of State's office. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Baker University and has extensive experience running small and mid-sized businesses. He has held several senior level positions in the private sector, most recently as the CEO of Paradigm Services, LLC, a Colorado based utility services and gas and oil holding company. Mike joined the Secretary of State's office in May of 2011 and has overseen many new service improvements such as Secure Business Filings, UCC Filing System, and E-mail Notification System. He is a member of the CBA Business Law Section Executive Council where he serves as the Secretary of State liaison. He also volunteers as an executive mentor with the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.
