Adam Davenport, Esq., is the founder and principal attorney of Horizons West Legal, LLC. Adam's practice focuses on providing prompt, practical advice regarding complex land, water, and project finance matters to his clients. Adam began his career as a law clerk in the Division 1 Water Court in Greeley, Colorado. He then went on to represent individuals, businesses, and governmental entities in land and water rights transactional matters, as well as water rights litigation, and proceedings before the water court and Colorado's district courts. Adam has argued cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals as well as the Colorado Supreme Court regarding water right ownership matters. Additionally, he has helped his clients develop, finance, and construct nearly $200 million in renewable energy projects across the country. Adam uses his diverse transactional and litigation background to help his individual, business, and energy clients achieve their most ambitious land and water rights projects.
