Melanie R. MacWilliams-Brooks, Esq., is a partner at Foster Graham Milstein & Calisher, LLP, where she focuses on appellate representation as well as civil trial work. She previously worked as a pro bono law clerk for the Honorable Christine M. Arguello at the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Melanie studied cello performance and government at Lawrence University and obtained her J.D. from Boston College. She has served on the Colorado Women's Bar Association's Board of Directors and currently chairs the CBA Civil Appeals Clinic's Advisory Committee. She enjoys playing music and hiking with her spouse and three daughters.
