Laura Locke, Esq., is a Trusts & Estates Recovery Specialist, with the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing. Ms. Locke received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1992. Prior to joining HCPF in 2022, Ms. Locke practiced law in the areas of business planning, estate planning , probate, trust administration, and child welfare. Ms. Locke also serves as a Board Member, participating on the Elder Fraud and Outreach - Youth Engagement Teams, for the FBI Denver Citizens Academy Alumni Association.
